These Terms govern your use of ARJU at https://arju.co.uk. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
The service
ARJU is a UK marketplace and planning service for South Asian weddings. We help couples find vendors, message, book and manage memberships. Unless we say otherwise, contracts for services are between the couple and the vendor.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Vendor accounts may require admin approval before listings can be published.
Payments & memberships
Paid features and booking deposits are processed by Stripe. Fees, refunds, and cancellations are subject to the applicable plan, booking terms, and vendor policies disclosed at checkout.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, post unlawful or misleading content, harass others, or attempt to circumvent security or payment systems.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARJU is not liable for disputes between customers and vendors, or for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
